Przemyslaw Michael Rzasa - Restaurant Supervisor
Originally from Krakow in Poland, Michael came to England in 2007 for a holiday where he fell in love with Cornwall and met his fiancée Emily.
Moving to Padstow permanently, Michael indulged his passion for hospitality by becoming a bartender at The Metropole whilst training for NVQ qualifications in food and service, as well as cocktail making and bar tendering.
A self-confessed food fanatic, Michael spent the first two months of his career at Number 6 working in the kitchen before moving to the front of house as a waiter, rising to restaurant supervisor in August 2010.
