Alex Tozer - Assistant Manager
Originally from Plymouth, Alex began his career waiting tables at a local pub. Before joining us he spent four years at the highly respected Tanners Restaurant in his home city, where he worked as assistant manager.
He gains immense enjoyment from making a difference to a customer’s dining experience, whether introducing them to a new wine or explaining the detail that goes into creating a dish.
Since joining, hard work coupled with a passion for innovation and a fantastic wine knowledge has seen Alex promoted to assistant manager.
