Cancellation Policy

For group bookings of six people or more we require credit card details to confirm the booking. No charges are made to your card to secure your reservation.

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel your booking. If the booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, £60 per person will be charged to the nominated card to cover losses that we incur as a result of the cancellation. For bookings of 20 people and over we require 48 hours notice of cancellation.

For fixed price special event bookings such as tasting menu dinners, wine tasting dinners, St Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and New Year’s Eve, we will also require credit card details to confirm the booking. However, due to the nature of these events, the cancellation fee will be the equivalent of the full menu price. Any cancellation fee will be charged to the nominated credit card in the event of a fee being applied. 

In all cases we will notify you of any cancellation fee before it is applied.
